1. eBookable.ai Is AI-Assisted

Outlines, Chapters, Covers, Chapter Illustrations, Citations, And Other Content You Generate Are Produced By Third-Party AI Model Providers, Not By Softaar Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) Directly. Using Any Generation Feature Means Sending Part Of Your Project To One Of These Providers To Produce The Output You Requested.

2. What We Send

We Send Only What's Needed To Fulfill The Specific Request You Make — For Example, Your Project's Title, Genre, Target Audience, And Tone For An Outline; A Chapter's Existing Text And Summary For A Chapter Image; The Portion Of A Source Document Relevant To A Citation Lookup. We Don't Send Your Entire Account Or Other Projects Along With A Request That Doesn't Need Them.

3. Not Used To Train Models

We Don't Use Your Book Content To Train Any AI Model Of Our Own. Our AI Providers Are Accessed Through Their Standard API Products, Whose Published Terms State That Data Submitted Through The API Isn't Used To Train Their Models Either — A Different Policy Than Their Free Consumer- Facing Products May Apply. We Rely On Each Provider's Own Published Terms Rather Than Restating Them Here, Since They Can Change On The Provider's Side.

4. Provider Retention

AI Providers May Briefly Retain Prompts And Output For Abuse And Safety Monitoring Under Their Own Policies, Separate From How Long eBookable.ai Itself Keeps Your Content (See Our Privacy Policy). We Don't Control That Retention Window Directly.

5. Generated Content Needs Your Review

AI Output Can Be Wrong, Inconsistent, Or Not What You Meant. You're Responsible For Reviewing Anything Generated Before You Publish, Sell, Or Distribute It. See Our AI Disclaimer For The Detail On What's Verified Versus Unverified.

6. Images

Covers And Chapter Illustrations Are Generated From Your Prompts And Book Context, Then Stored In Our Own File Storage — What You See And Export Is Always A File We Actually Generated And Saved, Never A URL Invented By A Model.

7. Your Consent

Because eBookable.ai's Core Features Are Built Around AI Generation, Creating An Account Requires Agreeing To This Policy Along With Our Terms Of Service And Privacy Policy. If You'd Rather Not Have Your Project Content Sent To An AI Provider, eBookable.ai Isn't The Right Tool For You.

We May Update This Policy As The Service Or Our AI Providers Change. We'll Post The Updated Version Here With A New "Last Updated" Date, And For Material Changes We'll Make Reasonable Efforts To Notify Active Account Holders.
