Your Plan's Features And Generation Quota Stay Active Until The End Of The Period You've Already Paid For, Then Your Account Reverts To The Free Tier.

Reverting To Free Doesn't Delete Anything. Books You've Already Generated Stay Readable, And Content Already In Your Projects Stays Exportable — Only New Generation Calls Beyond Chapter 1 Of A New Project Require An Active Plan Or Pack Again. See Pricing For What Free Includes.

One-Time Book Packs

Book Packs Are A Single Payment, Not A Subscription — There's Nothing To "Cancel" In The Recurring-Billing Sense. What You Should Know:

• A Credit Is Spent The Moment You Start A New Project Against It, Not When You Finish The Book.
• Spent Credits Are Non-Refundable — Including If You Abandon The Project Partway Through. Credits Are Never Reclaimed Or Returned To Your Pack In That Case.
• Feature Access (Editor, Export, Re-Export) For A Book You Started Stays Available For The Life Of That Project, Even After Every Credit In The Pack Has Been Used Or The Credit's Expiry Window Has Passed — You Keep What You Made.
• Unspent Credits Expire At The End Of The Validity Window You Chose At Checkout (3, 6, Or 12 Months); See Pricing For The Windows Offered.

Refunds

If You Believe You Were Charged In Error, Or You'd Like To Discuss A Refund For A Subscription Charge Or A Book Pack Where No Credit Has Been Spent Yet, Contact Us Through Contact And We'll Review It Case By Case. Under EU Consumer Law, You Generally Have A 14-Day Right Of Withdrawal On Digital Purchases — But That Right Can Be Waived Once You Expressly Consent To Immediate Delivery Of Digital Content (For Example, Generating A Chapter Against A Book Pack Credit), Which The Checkout Flow Will Ask You To Confirm.

Deleting Your Account
