By Creating An Account Or Using eBookable.ai (The "Service"), You Agree To These Terms Of Service ("Terms"). If You Don't Agree, Don't Use The Service. The Service Is Operated By Softaar Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("We," "Us," Or "Our").
2. What The Service Does
eBookable.ai Is An AI-Assisted Ebook Generation Workspace. You Provide A Book Idea, Genre, Audience, And Direction; The Service Helps You Build An Outline, Generate Chapters, Research And Cite Sources, Check Consistency, Generate Covers And Chapter Images, And Export Your Book To Formats Including EPUB, PDF, DOCX, TXT, And Markdown. Which Of These Are Available Depends On Your Plan — See Pricing. AI-Generated Content Carries Real Limitations; See Our AI Disclaimer.
3. Accounts
You Need An Account, Authenticated Through Our Identity Provider (Firebase Authentication), To Use The Service Beyond Public Marketing Pages. You're Responsible For Keeping Your Login Credentials Secure And For Activity That Happens Under Your Account. You Must Be At Least 16 Years Old To Create An Account. Tell Us Promptly At Contact If You Believe Your Account Has Been Compromised.
4. Plans, Book Packs, And Billing
The Service Is Offered On A Free Preview Tier And Paid Subscription Plans (Pro, Elite, Ultra), Or As One-Time Book Packs, Described In Full On Pricing. Paid Plans Are Billed Through Stripe, Our Payment Processor; We Never See Or Store Your Full Card Details. Subscriptions Renew Automatically At The Then-Current Price Until Cancelled. Book Pack Credits Are Purchased Once, Don't Renew, And Are Subject To The Expiry Window You Select At Checkout. See Cancellation For How Cancellation, Downgrades, And Credit Expiry Work.
Every Plan Limit — Generation Quota, Word Cap Per Book, Feature Access — Is Enforced On Our Servers At The Moment You Use A Feature, Not Only Shown In The Interface. Plan Numbers Displayed In The App Reflect The Current Numbers On Pricing And May Change With Notice.
5. Your Content
You Own What You Write And What The Service Generates For Your Projects, Subject To Your Compliance With These Terms And To Any Rights Of Third Parties In Content You Import (Blog Posts, Transcripts, Documents You Upload). You Grant Us A Limited License To Store, Process, And Transmit Your Content Solely To Operate The Service — For Example, Sending Relevant Excerpts To Our AI Generation Provider To Produce A Chapter You Requested. We Don't Claim Ownership Of Your Books, And We Don't Use Your Book Content To Train AI Models.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't Use The Service To Generate Content That's Illegal, Infringes Someone Else's Rights, Or Is Intended To Deceive Readers About Its AI-Assisted Origin Where Disclosure Is Legally Required. Don't Attempt To Circumvent Plan Limits, Abuse The Free Preview To Reassemble A Full Book Without Paying, Scrape The Service, Or Interfere With Its Normal Operation. We May Suspend Or Terminate Accounts That Violate This Section.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content Produced By The Service Is AI-Assisted And May Contain Errors, Omissions, Or Statements That Need Verification Before You Publish Or Rely On Them — Including Facts, Citations, And Claims About Real People Or Events. We Design The Service To Flag Unverified Content Rather Than Present It With False Confidence, And Certain Fact/Citation Features Return Only Verified Data Or Decline Rather Than Invent A Source — See Our AI Disclaimer For Detail. You're Responsible For Reviewing Generated Content Before You Publish, Sell, Or Distribute It. See Our AI Policy For How Your Content Is Sent To And Handled By AI Model Providers.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service Relies On Third-Party Infrastructure, Including Firebase (Authentication, Database, And File Storage, Provided By Google), Stripe (Payments), And AI Model Providers For Generation. Their Own Terms And Availability May Affect The Service; We're Not Responsible For Outages Or Changes Originating With A Third-Party Provider Outside Our Control.
9. Termination
You Can Stop Using The Service And Cancel Your Subscription At Any Time (See Cancellation). We May Suspend Or Terminate Your Account For A Material Violation Of These Terms, Including Non-Payment Or Abuse Of The Free Preview. Where Reasonably Possible, We'll Give You Notice And A Chance To Export Your Content First.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liability
The Service Is Provided "As Is," Without Warranties Of Any Kind, Express Or Implied, Including Fitness For A Particular Purpose Or That Generated Content Will Be Accurate, Original, Or Free Of Third-Party Detection As AI-Written. To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, Softaar Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) Is Not Liable For Indirect, Incidental, Or Consequential Damages Arising From Your Use Of The Service. Nothing In These Terms Limits Liability That Cannot Be Excluded Under Applicable Law, Including Liability For Intent Or Gross Negligence.
11. Governing Law
These Terms Are Governed By The Laws Of Germany, Without Regard To Conflict-Of-Law Principles, Without Prejudice To Any Mandatory Consumer-Protection Rights You Have Under The Law Of The Country Where You Live.

We May Update These Terms As The Service Develops. We'll Post The Updated Version Here With A New "Last Updated" Date, And For Material Changes We'll Make Reasonable Efforts To Notify Active Account Holders.
